Offering two blinking modes (one faster than the other), the Aurora Bike is an absolute must for the cyclist who requires a light allowing them to be seen by motorists, making it perfect for the everyday commuter or your morning or nighttime workout. The electronically controlled switch system also provides three additional modes of light output perfect for illuminating the road ahead. Designed in a unique triangular configuration, the three high-output LEDs provide an extremely even beam of light that keeps shadows to a minimum.
Aurora Bike also offers extreme versatility; the included multi-attachment accessory package consists of handlebar and helmet attachments and a headstrap, allowing it to be easily converted from handlebars to a bike helmet to a headlamp. This system gives the user a full lighting package perfect for all outdoor activities, from cycling to bike maintenance, from the street to the campsite, and well beyond.
- Focused Wide Beam - This beam pattern is an excellent choice for multipurpose activities. At close range, focused wide beams simulate normal daylight conditions and allow you to take advantage of your peripheral vision.
- Waterproof Rating Level 1 - Waterproof rating Level 1 is assigned to lights that offer a degree of water protection equivalent to IPX4 in the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. Lights rated at Level 1 are designed for water resistance to splashing and quick dunkings. If a light with a Level 1 rating is accidentally submerged for a longer period of time, the batteries should be removed and the cabinets should be carefully inspected for signs of battery leakage. If water has entered the housing, the light should be dried and batteries replaced.
- Ultrabright LED - The highest quality LED available from Nichia, the Ultrabright LED is bright and efficient. The smooth, white, wide-beam light emitted by Ultrabright LEDs is ideal for close- to mid-range tasks. Ultrabright LEDs are usually grouped together to offer a more powerful light source. Advances currently underway will continue to improve the efficiency and brightness of Ultrabright LEDs.
- Multiple Modes - Multiple settings on many of our products give you the flexibility to adjust your light’s brightness and/or beam width to illuminate greater distances or to conserve battery power, depending on your needs.
